Time: 21:30 the first 500m was too slow, so I doubled my speed on the last 500 of the first buy in and kept that pace on the buy out, with the last 100m being a sprint.

3 sets for total time:
1mile run wearing 25lb vest
25 Kb Russian Swings @ 1.5pd (still wearing vest)
-rest as long as it takes you to complete the mile (so if it takes you 7min, then you rest 7min)

100 burpees for time, every time you stop you must complete 3 butterfly pullups and 5 jumping jacks and then you continue where you left off on burpees.
